Forest + Sound Bathing

In alignment with Mental Health Awareness Month, this premiere collaboration features Phyllis Look of Forest Bathing Hawai‘i and Kaori of Sound Healing Hawaii at Kahalu‘u Gallery and Gardens. Phyllis, the islands' first certified forest therapy guide, specializes in a practice inspired by Shinrin-yoku that fosters a renewed relationship with the natural world, with oneself, and with others. This immersion seamlessly integrates a 432Hz sound bath. As a lead sound healing educator, Kaori uses crystal singing bowls and crystal singing pyramids to relax the body and ease the nervous system.
