Papa ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi: Hawaiian 101 at the library

Aloha pumehana kākou! Feel free to join us for our second Hawaiian 101 class at the Kaimukī Public Library. We are continuing the *Basic Hawaiian Language* class for those interested in learning ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi in a fun and engaging way. This class will be taught by Librarian Moki Renti Cruz who will incorporate Hawaiian songs as a tool to help build vocabulary and understand sentence structure. No prior music experience needed. Please keep in mind this is a beginner level Hawaiian language class*.* For those of you interested, this class will be held every Monday from 3-4pm, excluding holidays or specific dates when the Kumu is unable to make it to class. This class is recommended for youth ages 13 and up.
